Solera Networks DSFS File System UpdatesSolera Networks provides maintenance and service contracts which allow registered customers to receive updates, bug fixes, and new features and remote access to Solera Networks protected FTP Server. This customer program also allows resellers and partners to gain access to Solera Networks central manufacturing archives for customer service and support.

To request an account on Solera Networks protected FTP server, please email your customer account number and contact information to our customer service department, along with your product serial number, and we will email you account information.

Service Packs for are distributed in RPM (Red Hat Package Manager) format for the Linux Operating System.
